To lead and execute the marketing strategy of the company, enhancing its brand, supporting business growth, and managing marketing and proposal activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing within the construction, infrastructure, and maintenance sectors, and demonstrated experience working with major clients such as Aramco and other large entities. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Marketing Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals. Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to guide business development efforts. Branding & Identity Enhance and maintain the company’s visual identity and brand positioning. Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, profiles, brochures, and corporate presentations. Lead the marketing components of proposals and bid submissions, especially for mega projects. Work closely with technical and estimating teams to develop compelling tender packages. Ensure compliance with client requirements, particularly with major clients like Aramco, SABIC, SEC, and government entities. Digital & Traditional Marketing Manage website content, social media presence, and online campaigns. Improve SEO performance and generate leads through digital platforms. Client Relations & Business Development Support Prepare marketing kits and tailored content for meetings with high-profile clients. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in large industrial and government organizations. Supervise internal marketing staff and coordinate with third-party agencies. Ensure the quality and timeliness of all marketing deliverables. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage). Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in construction or industrial sectors. Strong background in handling marketing and bids for large-scale projects. Previous experience working with or submitting proposals to major companies like Aramco, SABIC, or government agencies. Bilingual – Fluent in Arabic and English. Excellent presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office Suite (Adobe tools is a plus). Preferred : Knowledge of compliance and branding standards for industrial clients. Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects. Seniority level
