Major Activities
Lead the process of selection and staffing by building optimized SOPs and KPIs to reduce lead time and improve recruitment automation, quality, and accuracy. Review and execute manpower plans (local & overseas) with business heads to attract the right talents using diverse sources while complying with labor laws. Manage government support through HRDF programs (e.g., SJAHI, apprentice, or direct recruit) to maximize returns. Monitor SJAHI trainee registration and resolve issues to optimize ALJ investment. Enhance candidate sourcing via web engines, ALJ sites, agencies, career events, and social networks to improve HR branding. Review internal guest delight index to drive guest-oriented team development and assessment. Design and monitor team development plans to align with strategic goals and core values. Lead evaluation and selection of assessment tools to identify the right candidate for the job. Improve Saudization by implementing local training programs (apprentice / Management trainees / service advisors). Communicate with universities and colleges for local candidate sourcing through career days and job fairs. Support government localization training programs with HRDF to reduce operating costs. Coordinate with SJAHI management to enroll students annually to fulfill manpower needs and improve Saudization percentage. Build and sustain high engagement by setting performance standards, providing feedback, and aligning the team with organizational goals. Respond to candidate, university, and external agency inquiries about recruitment activities. Issue employment-related correspondences and feedback to candidates based on recruitment outcomes. Coach and train subordinates to ensure continuity of recruitment processes during absences or vacancies. Job Context
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Diploma in HR Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Personnel Administration in a multinational Job-Specific Skills
