IT Manager

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain Daily Revenue Report and other relevant documents which are required on a daily basis.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review proposals, contracts of suppliers and negotiate for a better deal.

HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Coordinate with department heads and end – users to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide training.

RELATIONSHIP

• Maintain good relationship with all IT Contractors.

OTHERS

• Continuous learning through own IDP.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of IT supervisory experience in medium-large organization is essential. Exposure to hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge in Fidelio, Opera, Micros, PC. LAN. and other applications widely used in hospitality business.
• Have Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
