Your Role

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of our IT infrastructure. You will establish a robust governance structure, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure optimal performance of our IT clusters. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a reliable, scalable, and efficient IT environment that supports our organization's objectives.

Requirements

• Define and implement clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting hierarchies within the IT infrastructure team, ensuring accountability and effective decision-making.
• Proactively assess, design, and refine IT operational processes, driving continuous improvement and aligning with organizational goals. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Monitor the performance of IT clusters, evaluating resource utilization, system uptime, and workload distribution. Implement clustering strategies and workload balancing techniques to optimize reliability and scalability.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT infrastructure, comparing performance against predefined benchmarks and industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies that support the organization's long-term objectives.
• Lead the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
