Key Responsibilities
Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
Oversee the bid process, including preparing RFP responses, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Lead presales activities, including creating the need, proposal development, and product demonstrations.
Ensure successful implementation and customer onboarding, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Client retention.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns aimed at client engagement and retention.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Required Qualifications
Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Technical Skills :
Strong skill in Client Relationship Management and problem solving.
Sales & communication tools.
Proficient in MS Office.
