Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee the bid process, including preparing RFP responses, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Lead presales activities, including creating the need, proposal development, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure successful implementation and customer onboarding, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications
Experience :Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5 years of experience in business administration or project management software.Fluent in spoken and written English.Technical Skills :Strong skill in Client Relationship Management and problem solving.Sales & communication tools.Proficient in MS Office.What We Offer
