Responsibilities
- Provide training and mentoring programs to support employee career growth and professional development.
- Maintain a list of trainees and a database of training providers (including training status, number of completed / offered sessions, etc.).
- Collect feedback on trainee satisfaction to enable continuous improvement of the employee training experience.
- Design and deliver learning solutions (e.g., training courses, workshops, conferences, online learning, mentoring, job rotation, or special projects) to enhance employee competencies and support career advancement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors to create relevant and engaging educational materials and resources.
- Oversee the delivery of training programs by internal trainers and external providers.
- Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.
- Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously update and refine training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development requirements within the company.
- Develop an annual learning and development plan that includes a variety of learning methods such as workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring.
