Job Summary

A leading Saudi company specialized in importing, distributing, and retailing perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare products across the GCC is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry , with proven ability to build and manage comprehensive marketing systems. This role requires a dynamic leader who can design and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive sales, and keep pace with the latest marketing trends and tools in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the beauty and personal care industry , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Build, manage, and optimize the company’s marketing ecosystem, covering retail branches, e-commerce, and wholesale distribution channels.
• Lead marketing campaigns for perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare brands , ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
• Conduct market research on consumer behavior, competitor activities, and beauty industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, SEO, and online advertising .
• Manage product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with sales teams.
• Ensure strong brand visibility across GCC markets through effective communication and branding strategies.
• Develop marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, retail, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Provide senior management with regular reports on marketing performance and brand growth.
