Event Project Manager

Modernist Group is a strategic event and communication agency established in 2008. It includes Modernist Event Management, MCW (Modernist Creative Works), and Studio Modern, Turkey's first digital event studio within a hotel. With offices in Istanbul, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, Modernist Group serves numerous international brands. The company manages over 300 events and more than 100 digital and traditional campaigns annually. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Project Manager based in Riyadh. The Event Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing events, budget management, and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves overseeing all aspects of event execution from inception to completion, including coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and monitoring event progress. Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication Analytical Skills and Quarterly Planning Experience in Event Planning and Event Management Account Management and Key Accounts Strong Customer Service abilities Proficiency in Budgeting and Budget Management Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a project management or event management role Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred Seniority level
