Project Manager - Leisure and Entertainment projects

• Project Manager
• with prior experience on Leisure & Entertainment projects
• Key Responsibilities :
• Project Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.Compliance and Regulations : Ensure that the project adheres to all applicable Leisure & Entertainment projects regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Key Skills
• Education : A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction, architecture, or a related field is typically required. Advanced certifications in project management can be advantageous.Experience : Extensive experience
• (10+ years) in Leisure, Entertainment sector (theme & water parks, stadia & arenas, family entertainment centers) project management is essential.
• Previous experience as a project manager or in a senior leadership role is preferred.Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the Leisure & Entertainment developments, including its regulations, best practices, and emerging trends. Project Management Expertise : Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and present project updates and proposals effectively. Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, make data-driven decisions, and implement effective solutions.Time Management : Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges, ensuring successful project completion.
