We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creative Marketing Team Leader to lead strategy and execution across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Strategic campaign planning and execution across digital platforms
- Task and workflow management via ClickUp, Notion, or Asana
- Leading creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house designers and copywriters
- Collaborating with performance marketers across Snapchat, Meta, Google, and more
- Ensuring full campaign readiness across Zid and Salla stores : inventory, pricing, UX, discount codes
- Turning insights into action using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity
- Monitoring KPIs and improving conversion rates, engagement, and sales
Requirements
Prior experience working with or within the retail sector for a company that operates an e-commerce store is required. This includes either direct in-house roles or similar Marketing agency-side experience managing Retail Clients.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory roleStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and customer acquisition strategiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departmentsData-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or Clarity to guide decision-makingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneouslyCreative thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems and seizing growth opportunitiesKeywords and Skills
