Our client, a leading premium food and ingredients distributor in KSA, is looking for a dynamic and driven Procurement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. Salary Range : SAR 10,000 to SAR 12,000
Reporting to : CPO (Chief Procurement Officer)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in ERP systems
- evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service
- Support savings initiatives, monitor landed costs, and identify opportunities for cost and process improvements.
- Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, quality, and company standards (e.g., SFDA, HALAL, HACCP, ISO).
- Arrange and follow up on shipments (air, sea, land), ensure proper customs documentation, and monitor timely delivery of goods
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Sales to align procurement and supply chain activities with business needs
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years in procurement / supply chain, with at least 2 years in foodservice.Proven expertise in sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier relationship management.Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes with deepened understanding of food industry / FMCG-preferred logisticsAbility to multitask and manage procurement and logistics under time pressureSeniority level
