Our client, a leading premium food and ingredients distributor in KSA, is looking for a dynamic and driven Procurement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. Salary Range : SAR 10,000 to SAR 12,000

Reporting to : CPO (Chief Procurement Officer)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in ERP systems
• evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service
• Support savings initiatives, monitor landed costs, and identify opportunities for cost and process improvements.
• Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, quality, and company standards (e.g., SFDA, HALAL, HACCP, ISO).
• Arrange and follow up on shipments (air, sea, land), ensure proper customs documentation, and monitor timely delivery of goods
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Sales to align procurement and supply chain activities with business needs
