Project Operations Controller

Collaborate with teams to develop project plans and maintain schedules that keep us on track. Monitor project budgets, commitments, and expenditures to ensure financial health and accurate revenue recognition. Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders, leading regular project meetings and updates. Support resource allocation and utilization, resolving conflicts and optimizing team performance. Set up projects in line with internal standards and support approvals, documentation, and reporting. Build strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals. Run weekly reports and provide insights into project performance, timesheets, supplier costs, and more. Qualifications

A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination or operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent command of English and strong commercial acumen. PMP certification and experience with PowerBI are a plus. A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset. Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented. A confident communicator and collaborator. Passionate about delivering quality and driving continuous improvement. What we offer
