• The opportunity
• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Project Controller to join our team. In this role You will be supporting cash optimization – weekly review of receivables, overdue and retentions, quarterly cash flow forecast, systematic focus on future billing. You will be reviewing and preparing of LC commercial invoice, supporting and LC negotiations.
• How you’ll make an impact
• Timely resolving of ERs and communication back to the employees.
• Cost controlling and CC reporting to functional manager monthly.
• Following up on time sheet report and receive the data from employees or departments; checking actual hours charged with PMs or RPMs, booking in SAP.
• Checking invoices for Parts sales and release in SAP. Support with review of LC Commercial invoices and preparation of LC negotiation documents.
• Weekly reviewing of receivables, overdue, retentions, quarterly cash flow forecast, and systematic focus on future billing.
• Being Responsible for the CIT and Payment Proposal - to check with SCM / Project Management; getting the corrections in CIT / Payment Proposal before the monthly cut-off dates.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality improvements and objectives.

• Your background
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Proactive, Self-Motivated, Flexible.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
