Private Dining Manager

In room Dining is the palace’s most private stage. Operating 24 hours a day, the team delivers everything from sunrise espresso trays to midnight tasting menus—each order executed with hotel-restaurant finesse and absolute discretion. The Restaurant Manager choreographs this round-the-clock service : refining logistics, coaching butlers and servers, and guaranteeing that every tray arrives on time, at temperature, and impeccably presented for royal families, dignitaries, and long-stay VIPs.

Responsibilities and qualifications for the role include :

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three years managing luxury in-room dining or butler service in a five-star property
• Proven experience handling heads-of-state, royal, or ultra-VIP protocols
• Demonstrated mastery of POS systems, amenity costing, and 24 / 7 shift scheduling
• Fluent English essential; Arabic strongly appreciated
