Job description10+ years of progressively responsible logistics / supply chain experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory / managerial role. Certified Supply Chain Professional or Associate degree. Aviation or defense / military logistics background strongly preferred. Experience with ERP systems, military supply chain practices, or international procurement processes. Strong leadership, team-building, and personnel management skills. Expertise in inventory control, warehouse management, and requisition processes. Working knowledge of international freight forwarding, import / export compliance, and vendor management. Analytical ability to forecast demand, manage budgets, and optimize operations. Medical Examination : Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment. Criminal Record : To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Drug and Alcohol Testing : Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, ATSS enforces random drug and alcohol testing. Compliance with Saudi Labor Law : All terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
Overview
The Aviation Logistics Manager directs all logistics and SCM activities supporting the ATSS program. Provides strategic leadership in material management, distribution, performance reporting, and personnel development to ensure readiness of aviation assets. Oversees logistics including Unit Supply, POL, and Property Book Office (PBO), ensuring regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and mission needs are met.

- Direct logistics and supply chain management activities for the ATSS program.
- Provide strategic leadership in material management, distribution, performance reporting, and personnel development.
- Oversee Unit Supply, POL, PBO, and other directed commodity functions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and mission needs.
