Regional Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee corporate sales supervisors and their teams with day-to-day duties.
• Evaluate sales target progress and supervisors’ performances on a monthly basis.
• Report on regional sales results.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
• Determine long- and short-term sales goals.
• Identify hiring needs, plan and execute training required for sales team.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Ensure stability of sales team and provide them with all required work tools and needs.
• Distribute leads for the sales team based on their target.
• Distribute the monthly target based on the area, industries & products.
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Suggest new services / products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Identify and evaluate employee developmental needs through the use of available tools and reports.
