Merchandiser

Merchandiser A well‑known retail company in Mecca is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Merchandiser to join their team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and presented in an appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the buying team to develop product assortments and merchandising strategies

Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers

Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure products are always available

Regularly check the store's appearance to ensure cleanliness and organization

Communicate with suppliers to place orders and coordinate delivery schedules

Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitors' offerings

Train sales associates on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with retail merchandising principles and techniques

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
