Evaluate purchased lorries to ensure purchaser inspection accuracy and complete coverage of details. Ensure all details are entered into the system and reflect the vehicle's physical condition. Identify errors or major faults and document them clearly. Complete documentation for vehicle transfer. Coordinate with Money for repayments to customers. Coordinate with dealerships for transferring vehicles after repayment confirmation. Uphold policies and standards, demonstrate confidence and discipline, and be procedure-driven. Client Service, Management, and Operations experience required. Capacity to identify evaluation or documentation mistakes. Understanding of all processes and files connected to the acquisition, movement, and sale of cars. Expertise in auto market pricing at any given time. Legitimate vehicle driver's license and an outstanding driving record. Professional appearance and the ability to project a professional image. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in spoken interactions with customers. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in fleet and stock monitoring. Basic computer abilities and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work flexible schedules, including vacations and weekends as needed.
