Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies for assigned products, leveraging both commercial insight and a solid medical / scientific background. Previous experience as a Medical Trainer will be an asset, ensuring effective product knowledge transfer, scientific accuracy, and enhanced engagement with healthcare professionals. This position is within ARAC, a subsidiary company.
Functional Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies for assigned products in line with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, customer insights, and unmet medical needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, R&D) to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in promotional activities.
- Provide scientific and training expertise in developing marketing materials and communication strategies.
- Train and support the sales force with advanced product knowledge, medical insights, and impactful messaging.
- Leverage prior medical training experience to design and deliver tailored workshops, webinars, and scientific events for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze ROI of marketing activities.
- Support new product launches, lifecycle management, and brand differentiation strategies.
