AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising rooms and suites, as well as villas with private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa with a sculptured waterfall and an Organic Spa Garden. The property will offer fitness collaborations, trails, guided hikes, mountain biking, and equestrian bridle trails, plus a 27-hole oceanfront golf course. About the role
As Chef de Partie, you will be a key contributor to the success of our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency across outlets. You will support the Sous Chef in pre-opening preparations and daily kitchen operations, helping establish the culinary foundation for one of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic luxury destinations. What You Will Do Participate in pre-opening tasks including kitchen setup, dry runs, team onboarding, and standard operating procedure development. Take full ownership of a section in the kitchen, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet Four Seasons standards. Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently across à la carte and banquet operations. Train, supervise, and support junior team members including Commis and Demi Chefs. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). Assist in inventory control, waste management, and efficient stock rotation. What You Bring At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3 years of strong experience as Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant. Strong technical skills across multiple kitchen stations and a passion for culinary excellence. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. Pre-opening experience is a plus. Thorough understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
