Sales Manager vacancy in Mecca Saudi Arabia Overview ASSISTANT RESERVATION MANAGER. Recap : To handle the Reservations Department as well as function closely with Marketing and Sales as well as other relevant Areas / Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering extraordinary client service in line with Hyatt's Brand Requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage the Reservations Department and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to maximise room yield through inventory control.

Deliver extraordinary client service in line with Hyatt\'s Brand Requirements.

Qualifications

Certifications : Preferably with a university level or diploma in Friendliness or Tourist management.

Minimum 2 years experience in roles such as Appointment Supervisor, Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Supervisor in a larger operation.

Excellent trouble resolving, management and interpersonal skills are essential.
