Compensation : Monthly Salary :
29,000 – 41,000 SAR (depending on experience)
Bonus :
Up to 20% annual performance bonus
Car Allowance : 3,000 SAR per month

Business Development Manager
to lead sales initiatives and develop commercial opportunities within the
data centre sector .
Role Overview As
Business Development Manager – Data Centre Solutions , you will be instrumental in driving growth across the Middle East. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to major players in the region's data centre ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in the data centre sector
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the region
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including data centre operators, CIOs, and infrastructure leaders
Lead end-to-end sales cycles : prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
Tailor proposals and technical solutions to address client-specific challenges
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Represent the business at industry events and networking forums
Candidate Profile
Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within the
data centre ,
ICT , or
critical infrastructure
industries
Strong understanding of data centre environments, technologies, and operational challenges
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels – from technical teams to C-level
Target-driven and self-motivated, with a strong commercial mindset
Willingness to travel across the region as required
