Odoo Techno- Functional Specialist

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional specifications. Map business processes to Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase,

Inventory ,

Accounting , HR, CRM,

Project ,

Manufacturing , etc.). Configure and customize standard Odoo modules to match client needs. Conduct gap analysis and provide process improvement suggestions. Deliver training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders. Prepare functional documentation, flowcharts, test scripts, and training materials. Technical Responsibilities :

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp, e-commerce platforms). Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues. Participate in upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning. Maintain source code repositories and version control. Requirements :

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (v17 or above). Proven experience in both functional consulting and Odoo development. Technical Skills :

Strong programming experience in

Python

and Odoo framework. Understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, and controllers. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations. Functional Skills :

In-depth knowledge of ERP business processes and workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to gather and document requirements. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus. Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused with a consultative approach. Preferred Certifications (optional) :

Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical) PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications
