Job Summary - Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your expertise in analyzing business processes and translating them into effective Odoo solutions will be key to our success. Key Responsibilities

Odoo Implementation : Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's business processes and operational needs. Requirements Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, identifying how Odoo's features and capabilities can best meet their business objectives. Configuration and Customization : Configure Odoo modules to fit client requirements, working closely with technical teams for any required customization. Training and Support : Provide training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Odoo system. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Process Improvement : Analyze existing client processes and recommend improvements or optimizations using Odoo's functionalities. Project Management : Coordinate with project stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure the project is delivered within scope and budget. Documentation : Prepare detailed documentation on the configuration, processes, and user guides related to Odoo implementation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Certifications
