SAP PS, PM SME shall be completely responsible for EPC Project Business and Equipment Maintenance processes within the organization. Shall be fully responsible for the outcome of PS / PM Module Implementation. Define scope and discuss with the Implementation Partner and advise management in proper selection of Business Processes in PS, PM. Preparing the company for SAP in terms of Change Management Process, identifying gaps in the existing system, and providing support for critical success factors. Job Specification
Coordinate with Implementation Partner, Business, and Project Manager for proper implementation. Manage operations according to the project management methodology. Control project scope for the module. Advise and coordinate with business users in the improvement of business processes. Provide accurate inputs for Business Blueprint preparation and support signoff. UAT Test Cases preparation and performing the same. Provide inputs for reorganizing all master data for SAP upload. Ensure that deliverables are accomplished on schedule. Ensure timely issue resolution and / or appropriate escalation of issues. Provide input on the form and content comprising of but not limited to : Project Charter; Project Plan; Business Blueprint; User Documentation; User Training. Implement SAP Best Practices wherever possible in the interest of process. Perform User Acceptance Testing and Cut Over activities. Management of all change control items and Issue Log for the module. Should have good knowledge of PS / PM Integration with FICO, MM, SD.
