Experience in implementing ERP SAP-HCM-WPM-Employee Administration and / or comprehensive business management systems. Work on all aspects of software implementation. Plan projects, deliverables, and resources such as staffing to accomplish strategic goals. Plan, develop, and manage training and education programs in area of expertise. Lead the translation of functional requirements. Responsible for evaluating business requirements for one or more functional areas and for working with appropriate personnel to determine the most effective way to configure these requirements. The ERP Systems Implementation Manager works closely with other module and pillar managers and vendor consultants. Work with subject matter experts in performing system configuration. Create specifications for data conversions, interfaces, and reports. Ensure data integrity and security. Understanding and ability to apply basic project management disciplines relevant to information technology projects, including the systems project life cycle, quality control, reporting, and project documentation.
