Principal Accountabilities
Policies, Processes & Procedures : Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment. Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
HSE Leadership & Compliance : Develops and implements HSE policies and systems across units and projects in alignment with organizational strategy to ensure compliance and continual improvement. Leads internal and external audits, ensures closure of corrective actions to meet regulatory and certification standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Incident & Risk Management : Leads incident investigations and root cause analysis using risk management tools to prevent recurrence and reduce hazards across the organization.
Monitoring & Reporting : Tracks and analyzes HSE KPIs and trends using safety management software to guide leadership decisions and improve HSE outcomes.
Training & Awareness : Designs and delivers HSE induction, refresher, and campaign programs using interactive methods to enhance awareness and competency across all levels.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and governmental authorities to ensure compliance with all statutory and client-specific HSE requirements.
Continuous Improvement : Evaluates industry best practices and leads HSE innovation initiatives to raise performance standards and embed safety into the organizational culture.
Miscellaneous Duties : Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
Required Academic Qualification : Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent. NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (14001 / 45001) certifications required. 9-10 Years of experience in HSE, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
