Overview
Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Site Manager for our client in KSA. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in promoting and ensuring a safe working environment across all site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems and policies specific to site activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, incident reports, and safety plans.
- Provide training and support to site personnel on safe work practices and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a proactive approach to health and safety.
- Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility among site workers through effective communication.
- Report HSE performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements to safety programs.
