Senior Specialist - Sponsorships

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a results-driven Senior Specialist - Sponsorships to join our team. This role is crucial in establishing and managing high-value sponsorship partnerships within the golf industry, further enhancing Qiddiya's standing as a leading destination for sports and entertainment. You will lead initiatives to create exceptional sponsorship experiences that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative sponsorship strategies targeted at golf events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Research and identify potential golf sponsorship opportunities, conducting outreach and establishing relationships with key stakeholders
Prepare and present compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to potential partners, highlighting the value of collaboration with Qiddiya
Manage the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and optimizing partnership deliverables
Collaborate with event coordinators to create impactful sponsorship activations at golf tournaments and events
Monitor sponsorship performance metrics, preparing reports and analyses to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement
Foster and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring continuous engagement through effective communication and support
Coordinate with marketing teams to promote sponsorship initiatives through multiple channels, maximizing their reach and impact
Stay informed of trends and developments within the golf industry to identify new opportunities for sponsorship and partnership development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field

4-6 years of experience in sponsorship management or business development, particularly within the sports or golf industry

Proven track record of successfully securing and managing sponsorships

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail

Analytical skills to evaluate sponsorship effectiveness and ROI

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software

Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the golf industry landscape

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
