Supply Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Supply systems Analyst to ensure appropriate Information Technology (IT) applicants and procedures are followed in performance of the contract / Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Responsible for oversight of applicable systems performance and data analysis.
• Tracks and maintains records of automated systems downtime, analyzes and monitors Service Provider (SP) performance to ensure accurate program execution.
• Serves as the Accounts Receivable Officer responsible for creating and submitting Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs).
• Responsible for Audit submissions, submitting disposition information in Electronic Turn In Documents (ETIDs) as well as system testing and implementation.
• Maintains Distribution Standard System (DSS) tables and parameters.
• Works in coordination with the Accountable Officer in the research and analysis of inventory adjustment and causative research actions.
