Serves as a Supply systems Analyst to ensure appropriate Information Technology (IT) applicants and procedures are followed in performance of the contract / Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responsible for oversight of applicable systems performance and data analysis. Tracks and maintains records of automated systems downtime, analyzes and monitors Service Provider (SP) performance to ensure accurate program execution. Serves as the Accounts Receivable Officer responsible for creating and submitting Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs). Responsible for Audit submissions, submitting disposition information in Electronic Turn In Documents (ETIDs) as well as system testing and implementation. Maintains Distribution Standard System (DSS) tables and parameters. Works in coordination with the Accountable Officer in the research and analysis of inventory adjustment and causative research actions. Requirements

May be required to stay in place in a contingency or NEO evacuation. Overseas Tour Length : 12 Months (Unaccompanied) Incumbent must meet security eligibility requirements for assignment to a sensitive position and application security level clearance; periodic reinvestigation is required. Special Issuance Passport Visa : Required Pre-Employment Physical : Must meet requirements related to occupying a position at an overseas / deployed location within CENTCOM area. Qualifications
To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support : Specialized Experience : One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09 level; for GS-11, one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-09; qualifications include independently analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of supply programs, tracking system downtime, and knowledge of distribution and automated systems (e.g., DSS). Education Substitution : Education may be used to meet basic qualifications if from an accredited college / university; transcripts must be submitted. Doctoral or related graduate education may substitute for experience as described in the announcement. Experience includes paid and unpaid work, volunteer service, and related training that demonstrates the required competencies. Education
