This role requires innovative thinking, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to leverage data to optimize marketing performance. Responsibilities

Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans for residential offerings that enhance market awareness and drive sales Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, target demographics, and competitive positioning Work closely with sales teams and project managers to coordinate marketing activities that align with sales objectives Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources Oversee the development of promotional materials, digital marketing activities, events, and public relations efforts Evaluate the success of campaigns through data analytics, adjusting strategies as necessary for continuous improvement Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability Serve as a spokesperson for the residential developments, representing Qiddiya at industry events and community engagements Requirements

Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the real estate or residential sector Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that result in increased sales Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to strategic planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders Proficient in project management and able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Passion for residential development and community engagement is highly desirable Benefits
