Job Purpose : The Senior Manager – Residential Marketing Events is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and performance management of all B2C and B2B marketing events within RSG’s Residential portfolio. These events are designed to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and position RSG’s luxury residences as premier investment and lifestyle opportunities. The role requires strategic thinking, precise execution, and deep understanding of luxury real estate marketing. The position collaborates with Brand, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications to ensure events meet commercial objectives while aligning with the brand’s luxury positioning and the Red Sea Global vision.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Event Planning : Develop and lead the Residential Marketing Events Strategy aligned with RSG’s luxury brand positioning and sales / marketing goals. Create and maintain an integrated events calendar across local, regional, and international markets (e.g., roadshows, investor showcases, international expos, FAM trips). Identify event platforms that attract UHNWIs, strategic investors, real estate brokers, and global brand partners.
- End-to-End Event Management : Manage all aspects of event planning, production, and delivery, including venue selection, concept creation, run-of-show, supplier coordination, and execution. Ensure seamless brand storytelling and luxury experience across all touchpoints, from invitation design to post-event follow-up. Lead onsite execution of events, coordinating across marketing, sales, AV, hospitality, and guest relations teams.
- Budgeting, Procurement & Contracting : Develop detailed event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining premium standards. Oversee vendor sourcing and contracting in coordination with Procurement and Legal. Negotiate sponsorships, in-kind collaborations, and strategic partnerships to enhance event offerings.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders including Residential Sales, Creative, Content, PR, and Digital teams to ensure message alignment. Support the C-suite and leadership in high-stakes engagement events, including private previews, launches, and business development dinners. Liaise with external developers, real estate partners, agencies, and global media when relevant to residential campaigns.
- Measurement & Reporting : Define KPIs and success metrics for all events (e.g., qualified leads, media exposure, attendee satisfaction, cost per acquisition). Produce detailed post-event reports including ROI analysis, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement recommendations. Maintain a comprehensive database of attendees, engagement outcomes, and lead follow-up results in coordination with CRM and Sales.
- Brand & Luxury Experience Curation : Ensure all events reflect RSG’s luxury brand tone, visual identity, and world-class service expectations. Stay current with global trends in luxury hospitality, branded residences, and experiential marketing. Lead innovation in immersive and tech-enabled event experiences (e.g., VR walkthroughs, digital twins, sensory activations).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Events Management, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end marketing event management, with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic leadership role.Proven success in delivering large-scale B2C / B2B events in luxury sectors such as real estate, hospitality, fashion, or premium lifestyle.Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and brand-building through experiential events.Experience with international events, expos, or roadshows (e.g., Cityscape, MIPIM, Dubai Design Week) is highly desirable.Familiarity with CRM tools, guest list management platforms, and event technology solutions.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ROI orientation.Expert in luxury event production with high attention to detail and brand consistency.Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. Creative, resourceful, and highly adaptable in fast-paced environments.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to thrive in a multicultural and multinational working environment.About the Role
