Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and security testing results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and core banking technologies.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive QA documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in preparing QA reports and dashboards for management review.
