Tanint is hiring a Field Services Core Engineer to support critical service delivery and operations for a major telecom client in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for maintaining network stability, ensuring safety compliance, and executing on-site technical activities with precision.

Detailed Job Description

As a Field Services Core Engineer, you will be the hands-on technical expert responsible for executing corrective and preventive maintenance, coordinating site activities, and supporting OSS / ENM outages. You’ll work closely with Service Delivery teams including Front Office, Back Office, Incident Management, and third-party vendors. The role demands strong multi-vendor telecom experience, hardware troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to field operations. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring service continuity, safety compliance, and high-performance network operations across 2G / 4G / 5G environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service and network stability
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage scheduling and documentation
• Conduct site acceptance activities and complete project-specific checklists
• Coordinate spare parts logistics and maintain inventory databases
• Provide on-site support during OSS / ENM outages and system failures
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards
• Report and manage site issues affecting safety or service reliability
