Principal Consultant - Enterprise Tech & Cyber Technology (ServiceNow) Delivery Manager
As a
Technology Delivery Manager , you’ll take ownership of a delivery team serving key enterprise clients across the region. Working closely with account and project leaders, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, managing resources, and driving operational excellence across multiple engagements.
Half of your time will be client-facing supporting implementations, advising on best practices, and ensuring every project delivers measurable business outcomes. The remainder will focus on empowering your team, refining delivery processes, and shaping the overall performance of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across assigned client portfolios.
Manage resource allocation, project scheduling, and utilization metrics.
Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment to organizational standards.
Support pre‑sales initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Coach, mentor, and support consultants and project managers within your team.
Foster a collaborative, high‑performance, and growth‑oriented culture.
Define and track KPIs to ensure delivery and financial targets are met.
Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance delivery frameworks and methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
ServiceNow experience is not essential but highly advantageous.
4+ years in a leadership or delivery management role within IT Consulting.
Proven background in project governance, client engagement, and pre‑sales support.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Hands‑on, proactive leadership style with a solutions‑driven mindset.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
