About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Delivery Management who will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution and delivery excellence across all digital programs, including Web, Mobile, CRM, MarTech, Loyalty, Data, AI, and Platform.
The role oversees a hybrid delivery model combining internal capabilities with System Integrators (SIs) and strategic technology partners. Acting as the single point of accountability, the Head of Delivery Management ensures governance, integration, and execution excellence across all workstreams and vendors.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end delivery across all digital domains, translating business and product strategies into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain operational governance, including progress reviews, program assessments, and performance reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Directors, Program Managers, and Delivery Leads.
- Oversee all vendor and System Integrators engagements, including onboarding, performance management, resource planning, and milestone tracking.
- Manage vendor scorecards, performance reviews, and escalation processes to ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to align vendor contracts with delivery milestones and payment schedules.
- Maintain centralized visibility through dashboards and risk registers to monitor delivery progress, partner health, and key dependencies.
- Standardize methodologies, templates, quality frameworks to enhance delivery predictability.
- Oversee release management, testing, and transition to operations in coordination with QA, DevSecOps, and Support teams.
- Act as the delivery counterpart to Product Management, aligning product roadmaps and execution plans.
- Provide transparent, data-driven reporting to senior leadership and governance bodies.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in digital delivery, transformation, or enterprise program management.8+ years in senior leadership roles within multi-vendor, SI-led delivery environments.4+ years of experience in a top tier consulting firm.Proven track record managing large-scale digital ecosystems across multiple domains.Strong technical fluency in cloud-native, API-first, and DevSecOps environments.Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks, with a strong focus on governance, risk, and performance management.Experience in industries such as leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or customer experience is strongly preferred.Exceptional vendor management, financial control, and data-driven decision-making skills.
