Reservation Manager

First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Reservation Manager who can make transactions feel seamless.

A little taste of your day-to-day :

• Respond to email or phone guest inquiry
• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests over the phone
• Taking, managing, and receiving reservations requests and coordinate with Front Office team
• Recommend guests certain packages and drive to upsell.
• Prepare relevant reports as directed by the director of commercial.
• Promote relevant marketing strategies to guests.
