Role involves design, solution, deployment, migration, management and change of infrastructure services and End User Services across related technologies, including but not limited to Desktops, Laptops, networks, AD, Modern Device Management, Intelligent Collaboration, IT (HW & SW) Asset Management Services, Field Services and Technical Service Desk. Responsibilities
Provide technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks Support the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records Demonstrate proficient knowledge of desktop software and hardware technologies Troubleshoot issues on Windows clients (end-user machines) Utilize service management tools Maintain knowledge of EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook Demonstrate work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar Work with office automation products and peripherals (printers, scanners) Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Maintain a customer-oriented attitude Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically 1+ years of relevant work experience Experience in infrastructure technology analysis Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge Other Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Associate) are a plus At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
