The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating team members, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for execution. Lead project meetings, track progress, and adjust plans as needed. Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Perform quality control throughout project life cycle. Close projects formally and conduct post-project evaluations. Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Public Administration, Operations and Quality Management, or Quality and Performance Management. Holds certifications in Quality and Institutional Excellence. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the same field or a related field. Seniority level
