Senior Project Manager

to lead and deliver

large-scale infrastructure, real estate, and energy projects

in a

remote location

in

Tabūk, Saudi Arabia . The selected candidate will act as a

key client interface , ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest

quality, safety, and sustainability standards . Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage governance, communication, and control systems

for efficient project delivery. Monitor team performance

and implement safety and performance improvement measures. Review organizational structures

and recommend alignment strategies. Identify and mitigate project risks

while ensuring compliance with regulations. Lead and facilitate technical and progress meetings

with stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of design stage requirements

for fast-track projects. Conduct site visits

to oversee

HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), logistics, and progress . Generate and present formal project reports

on progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage project contracts, invoices, and approvals , ensuring client protection. Ensure alignment with client expectations, project schedules, and quality standards . Required Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. 10-15 years of project management experience,

with at least

5 years in the Middle East. Extensive experience in infrastructure, power, energy, and real estate sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects within tight deadlines. Experience managing contracts, risk mitigation, and project governance. Preferred Qualifications :

Recognized Project Management Certification

(e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Membership in a professional industry body
