Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives in the facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients, promoting facility management services.

Develop and present proposals to meet client needs.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Achieve sales targets and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Conduct market research to analyze trends and opportunities.

Maintain CRM records and provide regular performance reports.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in facility management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools

Languages known : Arabic & English
