Recruitment Officer

You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we secure skilled professionals who align with our deep‑rooted business fundamentals and forward‑thinking vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Create, post, and manage compelling job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Proactively source potential candidates through online channels, such as professional networks, social media, and CV databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate the interview process with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent Yousef Al‑Rajhi Group professionally at career fairs and industry events to promote our employer brand.
