About the Job

The role holder will be responsible for handling all kinds of offline requests (Groups, MICE, FIT) for all non-air products.

Responsibilities

• Handling all kinds of offline requests (Groups, MICE, FIT) for all non-air products (accommodation, transfers, tours, car at disposal, car rental, holiday packages and others) which are coming from all offline sales channels (Call‑center, Retail & Corporate) of the group.
• Cooperate with internal teams to determine their needs and advise them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Perform all related online system check‑ups and communicate offline (email, WhatsApp, phone calls) with suppliers and hotels to get the best deal.
• Rephrase received quotations from suppliers then share with requesters and confirm the accepted ones.
• Document all confirmed bookings.
• Handle some bookings payments (credit cards, bank transfer).
• Follow up on pending requests with suppliers.
• Reconfirm and handle after‑sale requests (cancellations, amendments, and incidents).
• Provide on‑floor support and WhatsApp assistance for internal customers when needed.
• Report incidents against suppliers in case of any valid ones.
