Responsibilities

Developing detailed project plans that define the scope of the project, set objectives, identify resources needed and establish timelines for completion of each task within the project plan.

Delegating tasks as necessary to meet deadlines as well as ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time within budget without compromising quality standards.

Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects including risk management, monitoring progress against deadlines and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed at every stage of the process.

Liaising with external vendors / suppliers as necessary to ensure timely delivery of materials / services related to the project(s) at hand.

Monitoring changes in project scope and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about such changes on a timely basis so that corrective action can be taken if required.

Preparing reports / presentations on overall progress / status of the projects being managed regularly for review by senior management / stakeholders as well as preparing final reports upon completion of each project outlining key objectives achieved along with lessons learned during the course of the project(s).

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Experience in managing international projects or working with foreign clients preferred but not required.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field is desired but not required.
