Project Manager

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will have a key responsibility for delivering a 250m USD buildings project in Dammam. The project consists of 10 low to midrise buildings and basic infrastructure works that make up the new headquarters for a prestigious international client who is expanding dramatically within the kingdom.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensures the project requirements and expectations are on schedule and within cost projections.
• Provides direction and coordination with all relevant disciplines (MEP, infrastructure, civils, etc.).
• Maintains good open communication with all necessary members of the clients, both internal and external.
• Reviews all official correspondence and reports for compliance with project requirements.
• Maintains a good and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Reviews and comments on project scope definition including the project management plan.
• Responsible for pre and post contract works including design management, statutory permission, NOCs and building permits, contract procurement, and contractor appointments.
• Expertise in project programming, cost control, and contract administration for building and infrastructure projects.

To be considered for this role, you will hold a bachelor's in civil engineering along with 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years of KSA experience. You will have a strong knowledge of project control systems and Quality and Safety procedures within a Tier 1 contractor. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders from senior executives to blue-collar staff. An understanding of Arabic will be preferential.
