الملخص نبحث عن مدير مبيعات ذو خبرة واسعة في قطاع اللاندسكيب (الهارد سكيب والسوفت سكيب) لقيادة فريق المبيعات وتحقيق أهداف النمو الاستراتيجي للشركة. سيكون مسؤولاً عن وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات، تطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين، والإشراف على إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية للمشاريع الحكومية والخاصة. هذه الوظيفة تتطلب شخصية قيادية قادرة على توجيه الفريق نحو تحقيق الأهداف وتحسين الحصة السوقية للشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

وضع وتنفيذ خطة المبيعات السنوية بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الشركة.

قيادة وتوجيه فريق المبيعات ومتابعة تحقيق أهدافهم الفردية والجماعية.

بناء وإدارة علاقات استراتيجية مع البلديات، الاستشاريين، المطورين العقاريين، والمقاولين الرئيسيين.

الإشراف على إعداد عروض الأسعار والعروض الفنية وضمان تنافسيتها وجودتها.

متابعة المناقصات والفرص التجارية وتحويلها إلى مشاريع ناجحة.

التنسيق مع فرق التصميم، المشتل، المصنع، وفريق التنفيذ لضمان تسليم المشاريع وفق المواصفات والجداول الزمنية.

تحليل بيانات السوق والمنافسين وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا.

تطوير سياسات التسعير والمبيعات بما يضمن ربحية الشركة ونموها.

تمثيل الشركة في المعارض والفعاليات لبناء شبكة علاقات جديدة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو هندسة اللاندسكيب أو إدارة الأعمال.

خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مبيعات مشاريع اللاندسكيب، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي.

إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

قدرة عالية على إعداد استراتيجيات المبيعات، قراءة المخططات الفنية، وفهم مواصفات المشاريع الحكومية.

معرفة قوية باتجاهات السوق، معايير البلديات، ومتطلبات المشاريع الكبرى.

المهارات

مهارات قيادية وتحفيزية لإدارة فرق المبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف.

قدرات ممتازة في التفاوض والإقناع وإغلاق الصفقات.

مهارات تحليلية قوية لإعداد تقارير الأداء والتنبؤ بالمبيعات.

قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في نفس الوقت.

علاقات جيدة مع الجهات الحكومية والمطورين الرئيسيين تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Summary (English) We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in landscape projects (hardscape & softscape) to lead our sales team and drive the company’s strategic growth objectives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for both public and private sector projects. This role requires a strong leader capable of inspiring the team, expanding market share, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the annual sales plan aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with municipalities, consultants, real estate developers, and key contractors.

Oversee the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals.

Monitor tenders and opportunities, converting leads into successful projects.

Coordinate with design, nursery, factory, and execution teams to ensure on-spec, on-time project delivery.

Analyze market trends and competitors and present regular reports to senior management.

Develop pricing and sales policies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events to expand the business network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or Business Administration.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape project sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong ability to create sales strategies, read technical drawings, and understand government project specifications.

Solid knowledge of market trends, municipal requirements, and major project standards.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal‑closing abilities.

Strong analytical skills for performance reporting and sales forecasting.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Established network with government entities and major developers is a plus.
