Process Improvement Specialist

To identify, document, and optimize business processes across departments, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, and improved service quality. The Process Improvement Specialist drives continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement‑gathering sessions with relevant departments to understand current processes.
• Map and document existing workflows (AS‑IS) using standardized process documentation methods.
• Design optimized future‑state workflows (TO‑BE) focused on eliminating redundancies and inefficiencies in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of approved process improvements.
• Train staff in newly developed or updated processes to ensure smooth adoption.
• Monitor process performance post‑implementation using key metrics (e.g., time, cost, quality).
• Collaborate closely with the PMO, Innovations Manager, Automation Specialist and other departmental stakeholders to align improvements with technology adoption plans.
• Conduct ROI and impact assessments for each automation project.
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing improvements achieved, cost savings, and productivity gains.
