Procurement Specialist - Tamheer

About the job Job Purpose : Support procurement operations by assisting with demand analysis, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination to ensure material availability.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing consumption trends and comparing forecasts vs. actuals.

Support validation and documentation of supplier lead times.

Help track inventory coverage, aging, and classifications.

Contribute to safety stock and reorder point calculations under supervision.

Assist in identifying potential supply risks and drafting mitigation ideas.

Prepare reports and support Excel / Power BI dashboards for decision-making.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
